About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned Analytical leader to join the Wholesale Operations DAR leadership team. This role will be responsible for advancing and delivering insights and analytical products that support Commercial Banking Operations and Corporate & Investment Bank Lending Operations.

Wells Fargo's Global Operations team provides middle and back-office services for all five of Wells Fargo's Lines of Business, including Consumer and Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending, Wealth and Investment Management, Commercial Banking, and the Corporate and Investment Bank, as well as Enterprise Functions. These services are delivered across locations in the US, India, and the Philippines.

The Data, Analytics, and Reporting (DAR) team is at the forefront of transforming Global Operations' data and analytics capabilities by modernizing our platform and adopting advanced machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. This position reports to the Head of the Wholesale Operations DAR team, which supports Wealth and Investment Management, Commercial Banking, and Corporate and Investment Bank Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in the listed location (hybrid schedule).
