Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assemble subassemblies on various types of automation machinery
* Alter parts for appropriate function and fit using various methods
* Machine Shop equipment is available for all employees
* Equipment includes manual milling machines and lathes, drill presses, band saws, abrasive saws,
handheld sanders, belt sanders, handheld abrasive discs, etc.
* All employees are provided training on methods that can be used to alter parts
* Run and manage cables and airlines so that schematics are followed and machine is aesthetically up to
standards
* Work with engineers on ways to improve designs and functionality of machinery
* Troubleshoot machinery after all components are assembled and wired
