Description of the role: As a Body Shop Assistant Manager at the Eide Collision Center in Mandan, ND, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall operations and management of the body shop department. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a team. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Body Shop Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Schedule and monitor workflow through the shop
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status and updates
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Perform accurate and timely estimates for repairs
• Work with insurance companies to make sure all claims are handled efficiently as possible
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Ability to well in a team atmosphere
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of body shop operations and procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
