Job Description
is looking for a Carpenter Foreman to lead a 1-2 person crew on new builds and remodels, specializing in bathroom and kitchen renovations. You'll oversee framing, assign tasks, ensure quality, and enforce safety. You'll also perform hands-on work, including demolition, drywall, painting, trim, flooring, cabinet installation, and light plumbing (shower/faucet trim). We need a reliable leader with excellent workmanship.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and direct a 2-4 person carpentry crew.
Oversee framing and assign finish carpentry tasks.
Perform general carpentry for remodels: demolition, sheetrocking, mudding, painting, trim, flooring, and cabinet installation.
Handle light plumbing: shower trim and faucet installation.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Proven carpentry and construction experience, especially in bathroom and kitchen remodels.
Skilled in light demolition, drywall, painting, trim, flooring, and cabinet installation.
Experience with light plumbing.
Physically capable of demanding tasks in various weather.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
Must pass a drug and alcohol screening.
