Job Description

360 Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, licensed PT Clinic Director to fill an opening at our Phoenix clinic. Partnership in the clinic is available!

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive!

Base Comp ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually + Quarterly Incentives up to 15% of salary + Full Benefits.
Individual salaries dependent on experience and job-related factors.

Position Summary:

Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client
Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
Manage schedule and payroll
Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
