Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee complex commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• OSHA 30-hour certification
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
