Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Consultant - Digital Marketing to join our team. This role will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing our comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, a proven track record in digital marketing, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and hands-on execution to elevate our online presence and achieve our marketing objectives. Responsibilities: Strategy Development & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with WeCare's business goals, focusing on patient acquisition, brand awareness, and service promotion for medical specialties. SEO & SEM Management: Lead all aspects of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including keyword research, content optimization, link building, technical SEO, and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic. Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging, and medically accurate digital content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics) for our website, social media, and other platforms, ensuring it meets compliance standards. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to build community, engage patients, and promote services, adhering to healthcare communication guidelines. Email Marketing: Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, patient education, appointment reminders) to nurture leads and retain current patients. Website Management & Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our website is optimized for user experience (UX), conversion rates, and mobile responsiveness. Utilize analytics to identify areas for improvement. Analytics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, create comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, managing budgets and ensuring maximum ROI. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages in the healthcare digital marketing space. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, privacy laws, and ethical marketing practices. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clinical teams, administrative staff, IT, and external vendors to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Qualifications: Work Permit/Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit allowing employment in the United States. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion in a strategic or consultative role. Industry Experience (Preferred): Proven experience in digital marketing within the healthcare, medical, or related regulated industry is highly preferred. SEO/SEM Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads. Content Marketing Skills: Experience in developing and executing successful content marketing strategies, including content calendar management and content optimization. Social Media Proficiency: Demonstrated success in managing and growing professional social media presence for a brand, including paid social advertising. Email Marketing Platform Experience: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Pardot). Analytics Tools: Proficient in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) for data analysis and reporting. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of website platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
