Kiewit Nuclear Solutions team has an immediate opening for an experienced Prime Contracts Manager in our growing District. You will be part of our rapidly growing nuclear solutions business supporting Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, Environmental Management, and Office of Science, and commercial nuclear construction projects working to recapitalize our nations nuclear infrastructure and support the next generation of nuclear power reactors. It is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on everything from build to design-build of our projects.
The successful candidate will have worked contractual matters in nuclear projects or other large federal/commercial type projects.

This position is for support of our Savannah River, SC projects and successful candidate will work primarily on-site with some time in our office in Aiken, SC.
The successful candidate will support prime contract administration.
Bachelor's degree in business, pre-law, or supply chain.
A minimum of 6 years of related experience required preferably in Prime Contract management but subcontract management experience may be considered if relevant; however position may grade higher for those with more experience.
Expert knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal contracting procedures. Knowledge of Department of Energy Acquistion Regulation (DEAR) and other commercial nuclear related contractual terms is highly desired.
Excellent, demonstrated customer communication and collaborations skills; with the ability to connect and build relationships with others inside and outside the organization.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with a variety of corporate departments and districts to assist in the delivery of proposals.
Familiarity with the construction industry strongly preferred, both in bidding and execution phase.
Ability to work independently and think analytically with minimal oversight.
Ability to think innovatively to offer practical solutions while achieving targeted risk profile.
Ability to manage employees.
Demonstrated ability to multitask.
Working knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams). Other software working knowledge such as SharePoint, SmartSheet and SAP desired but not required.
