Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to join The Injury Group team! You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve our brand awareness and reach injured individuals who need legal support after an accident.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate marketing strategies tailored to personal injury law and accident victims
Analyze trends in client needs and legal services demand
Develop and implement digital campaigns that drive client leads and brand visibility
Work closely with our intake and legal teams to align marketing efforts with client acquisition goals
Review and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI and client conversion
Monitor and report on client engagement and satisfaction with our messaging
Develop creative strategies to increase The Injury Group’s online presence and reputation
Qualifications:
Prior experience in marketing within a professional services environment (law firm experience a plus!)
Experience in a managerial or consultant role
Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines
Excellent leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors
Deep understanding of digital platforms, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and online reviews management
Deadline- and detail-oriented with a commitment to results
