Join Hitachi Energy's Transformers Business Unit in Raleigh, NC , as an Electrical Engineer in our Power2 Engineering Development Program . This program offers accelerated professional growth through 18 months of technical training and an optional 6-month rotation in various business functions like Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Operations. You'll gain comprehensive knowledge of engineering product design skills and processes, supporting manufacturing at various factories in North America. Your Background
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with two years of work experience (Intern and Co-op experience considered).
Work authorization permitting employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States.
Interest in the energy industry and manufacturing sectors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organization and work/project planning skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and effective collaborator.
Willingness to relocate for a few months to a factory environment
