An established venture capital firm with over $10B in assets under management is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support 2 Managing Partners and help oversee the smooth operations of the office.

Role Highlights

• $100-135k base + target bonus of 20%
• Non-Exempt (OT Qualified but expected working hours is only 40 per week)
• Monday & Friday WFH

What You’ll Do

• Manage calendars, travel itineraries, and expense reports for 2-3 Senior Partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and external stakeholders
• Coordinate onsite meetings, conferences, and events (including catering and logistics)
• Oversee office systems (automated lunch/snack ordering, mail & deliveries, vendor coordination)
• Support firmwide events and special projects
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Hospitality mindset and ability to create a professional, welcoming environment
• Prior experience in investment management, venture capital, or private equity is a plus
