Role Responsibilities Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams during early phases, and align with R&D, Quality, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product Marketing in later phases. Build and maintain detailed plans and schedules, ensuring key milestones are met on time. Proactively identify and execute opportunities to de-risk or accelerate the Fab schedule, and eliminate barriers to progress. Maintain alignment of the Fab plan with development, production, and product teams relying on timely Fab bring-up and qualification. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in program or technical program management in a semiconductor environment. MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Formal training in technical program management is highly desirable. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing principles, including key fab technologies such as photolithography, deposition, etching, etc. Experience in a compound semiconductor or silicon fab is strongly preferred. Experience as a TPM in semiconductor product development is a plus. Experience with government-funded programs/projects is advantageous. This role requires on-site work in Sunnyvale and San Jose, CA.
