Working with the management, sales, operations, and compliance teams, Saturna's marketing department integrates concepts from these and other stakeholders into useful, relevant, and eye-catching communications. Location: Bellingham, WA - on site Compensation : Wage range: $27.60-$34.61 (DOE) Essential job functions: Design and produce digital and print materials including brochures, social media graphics, event and display signage, email templates, reports, infographics, presentations, and web assets Translate complex financial or technical content into clear, compelling visual formats Ensure visual consistency across all branded materials and platforms in accordance with brand guidelines Collaborate with marketing, sales, and compliance teams to develop creative concepts and deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through production, often with quick turnarounds Prepare final press-ready files and liaise with vendors as needed for print production Maintain and organize digital asset libraries Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in financial services, corporate marketing, or a regulated industry Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and experience with Figma or similar tools Strong typographic, layout, and brand storytelling skills Understanding of pre-press and print production workflows Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital publishing tools is a plus Obtain required FINRA SIE, Series 63, and Series 7 licenses within the first nine months of employment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment requirements such as a logic test, background and credit check, drug screening and reference check.
