Overview Opportunity: Group Sales Manager Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and solicit both past and new business, ensuring all revenue goals are met or exceeded. Your Growth Path Property Director of Sales - Area Director of Sales - Regional Director of Sales Your Focus Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform according to brand and hotel standards and HHM core values. Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current, and potential clients. Use professional sales techniques to negotiate favorable terms satisfying customer requirements. Manage accounts, ensuring solicitation and closing activities are properly documented. Coordinate departmental participation in servicing accounts. Maintain relationships with key accounts to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. Develop and deliver persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients. Articulate and leverage hotel benefits to close sales opportunities. Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel, and review competition. Represent the hotel at trade shows. Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Your Background and Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred. Proven sales track record required; previous hospitality sales experience preferred. Work Environment and Context Work schedule may vary, including occasional holidays and weekends. Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and perform physical activities such as bending and reaching. Moderate travel between hotel and client locations required.
