Position Details

• Facility: Home Care Hospice
• Location: Bemidji, MN
• Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts
• Job Schedule: PRN
• Weekly Hours: Varies
• Salary Range: $17.50 - $28.00

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Hospice Chaplain, you will:

• Provide spiritual care and counseling to patients and their families.
• Assess spiritual needs and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer sacraments while respecting diverse faith traditions.
• Educate healthcare staff on spiritual care and network with community faith leaders.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with regulations.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Master of Divinity or Master of Theology degree from an accredited School of Theology.
• Completion of two units of Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent certification.
• Previous pastoral experience, preferably in hospice and grief work.
• Active membership in good standing of a Christian denomination.
• A valid driver’s license and compliance with medical guidelines for drivers.
