Job Description

The Housekeeper (HSK) at Claiborne Senior Living, LLC is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all residents, guests, and staff. This is a part-time, hourly position located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. As an individual contributor, the HSK will work closely with the Maintenance Director to ensure that all cleaning and sanitization protocols are followed according to company standards.   • Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and disinfecting of all common areas, resident rooms, and offices
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs in resident rooms or common areas
  • Follow all infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all individuals on the property
  • Assist with laundry services as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, guests, and staff members
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with residents and their families
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping
  • Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection protocols
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
