Picture Perfect Property Maintenance is looking for a Human Resources Intern (Part-Time) for Fall 2025 to join our HR Team at our home office in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

This internship provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Marketing and other avenues. You will report to our Human Resources Coordinator.

Candidates must be able to work 20-30 hours per week during the Fall 2025/Spring 2026 semester.

Position Specifics:

• Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)
• Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Human Resources Coordinator
• Provides administrative support with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department
• Assist with company events
• Creates and maintains company files
• Supports company employee communications
• Assists with various research projects and/or special projects
• Maintains various reports
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Interest in learning HR systems, processes, and service delivery models
• Oversee, document, and evaluate the company’s marketing and outreach initiatives to support growth and engagement

Requirements:

· Junior, Senior or recently graduated in human resources.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
· Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
