Summary The Innvictis Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs across all marketing outlets, marketing collateral development, and product logo designs for the Innvictis branded product portfolio. This role will contribute to the overall Innvictis marketing strategy through visual brand identity across various digital and print platforms. The Graphic Designer will work in conjunction with Innvictis Product Managers and Innvictis Marketing Communication Managers to prioritize key projects and execution of marketing plan. Key Responsibilities Highly proficient in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other core design applications. Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand identity and marketing messages in alignment to Innvictis brand standards. Manage the creative execution from inception to delivery of all graphic materials. Create engaging digital assets for online marketing channels, including social media graphics, infographics, email templates, website banners, and other digital advertisements. Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring prioritization and timely deliverables. Maintain design files, project libraries and digital asset management. Typical Education Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or university Relevant Experience 5+ years related experience and/or training Other Information Extensive knowledge and expertise with design programs and keen eye for design detail. Skills & Abilities: Ability to conceptualize, develop creative solutions, and translate thoughts into tangible design assets. Able to work through and with others to accomplish goals and objectives. Successful candidate will possess highly proficient graphic design skills, be detail oriented, and highly organized. Ability to balance long-term and short-term projects and objectives is crucial to success in this role. Computer skills including Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft applications.
