About Us:

S&S Harmony Music Studio is a dynamic and welcoming music school dedicated to fostering a love for music in students of all ages. We provide high-quality music education in a supportive environment, offering both private lessons and group classes. Our students range from beginners to advanced musicians preparing for recitals, competitions, and college auditions.

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated music instructors to join our team. If you have a strong background in music education and a commitment to inspiring students, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging and structured private lessons and/or group classes for students of various ages and skill levels.

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals and progress.

• Teach music fundamentals, technique, and repertoire across different styles.

• Prepare students for performances, competitions, and exams as needed.

• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

• Communicate effectively with parents and students about progress and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in one or more instruments (piano, voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, etc.).

• Previous teaching experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic and qualified new educators.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to work with students of various skill levels and learning styles.

• Background in early childhood music education or Special Ed is a plus (for those interested in working with younger students).

• Experience with recital preparation, music exams (ABRSM, RCM, CM, AP Music Theory, etc.), or ensemble coaching is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
