Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on the performance of service providers, ensuring corrective actions are taken for any discrepancies.
• Support daily inbound activities, prioritize tasks, and address exceptions like overdue deliveries and complaints.
• Assist with daily outbound operations, setting priorities and resolving issues such as overdue PODs and customer complaints.
• Ensure stock levels in SAP align with those in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Manage 3PL inbound and outbound processes with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Make operational decisions quickly, adhering to established rules and procedures.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of distribution management activities.
• Ability to apply methodologies and use analysis tools effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills in straightforward situations.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
