Job Description Rate of pay: $17.25/hour USD This position will have direct contact will all guests. The server will take and deliver food orders in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. The server must enjoy working outside in a fast-paced atmosphere. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Responsible for correctly handling cash, credit and comp procedures and properly completing paperwork Serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations. Follow the Food safety and sanitation policies of food and beverage department. Is aware about the food and beverage offerings in the store and general awareness on the offerings throughout the resort. Performing other duties or projects, as needed Completion of side work as assigned by Manager or Captain. Other related duties as assigned by Manager.
