\n\nAre you ready to be part of a next-generation manufacturing environment? Our client’s brand-new Smart Factory is seeking a skilled and motivated Powder Coat Specialist to support high-precision production in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nPart Preparation: Load parts onto the conveyor system and ensure they are clean, dry, and ready for powder coating.
\n\t\n\tPainting & Coating: Apply powder coatings with precision and consistency.
\n\t\n\tQuality Assurance: Inspect finished parts, document results, and ensure all coatings are defect-free.
\n\t\n\tRework & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to coatings and surface finishes.
\n\t\n\tTool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, grinders, forklifts, and other shop equipment.
\n\t\n\tFinishing Tasks: Grind, deburr, and clean parts to meet production standards.
\n\t\n\tColor Changeovers: Execute paint color transitions efficiently and accurately.
\n\t\n\tRoutine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor.
\n\t\nPrior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with powder coating experience preferred.
\n\t\n\tAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
\n\t\n\tBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with lean manufacturing or quality processes.
\n\t\n\tStrong attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused mindset.
\n\t\nConsistent first-shift hours with no weekend work.
