Job Description

A Florida-based restoration contractor is expanding its Gulf Coast operations and looking to hire a Project Manager to lead field execution across a diverse portfolio of concrete restoration and waterproofing projects.

This role is ideal for a construction professional with a solid background managing occupied-building renovations, including façades, balconies, parking structures, walkways, and structural concrete repairs. The projects involve live environments, complex access logistics, and high standards for quality, safety, and communication.

You’ll be accountable for full-cycle project delivery — from kickoff and scheduling through execution, budget control, and closeout — while leading field teams and interfacing with owners, consultants, and subs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of restoration and waterproofing scopes across active jobsites
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain pace, safety, and quality
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track labor and materials, and manage cost performance
  • Serve as primary point of contact for owners, property managers, and consultants
  • Lead site documentation including RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC protocols, safety regulations, and contract specifications
  • Support change order management, billing, and project forecasting

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with project management experience in concrete restoration and /or waterproofing
  • Proven ability to lead projects in occupied environments, where access, noise, and coordination are tightly managed
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills — able to manage multiple subs and phasing strategies
  • Familiarity with construction software platforms for documentation, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Effective communicator with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)

If you’re ready to lead technically challenging projects with high visibility and long-term growth potential, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role with a top-tier restoration contractor.

Please submit your resume to apply.
