Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions, particularly in the context of infrastructure optimization and process automation.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with popular AI and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the Transformers library by Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, including tokenization, embedding, language models, and transformer architectures.

• Experience with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques to improve model training and inference performance.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for integrating software components and connecting agents with management interfaces or external data sources.
• Knowledge of webhooks and real-time communication protocols like WebSocket for enabling live updates and notifications within the management interface.
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git for code management and collaboration.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker for deploying and scaling chat agents across different environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning model deployment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive continuous innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide AI-related insights and guidance to support the organization's strategic goals.
