Our innovative product is a pre-assembled fully-equipped modular kitchen, manufactured in our Portland factory, and delivered to our clients within a few weeks only. Our modular kitchens aim to empower restaurants and food service providers by saving them time and hassle, while offering an environment-friendly alternative to traditional brick and mortar kitchens. We have delivered over 100 units throughout the USA, Caribbean, and Africa. Our customers include food chains, hotels, resorts, caterers, and restaurants. THE ROLE We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You’ll have the chance to be part of the core initial team, grow, and work closely with the founding partners. COOL THINGS YOU WILL DO Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and specifications Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc. Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job fairs, etc. Screen candidate resumes and applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Help build and apply company’s HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work” What You Bring To The Table BS/MS in Human Resources Management. Experience in Construction or Manufacturing is preferred.
