Paid Internship – Security Operations Support (Swing Shift)
Cascadia Global Security - Cascadia Off-Duty
Location: San Antonio, TX (In-Person position)

We are seeking a motivated  college student (20 years or older)for a paid internship to support our  Operations Team during swing-shift hours (specific schedule to be determined). This internship provides hands-on experience in security operations, logistics, and workforce management, an ideal role for students interested in business operations, criminal justice, logistics, or management.
The selected intern will report directly to our VP of Operations, ensuring exposure to high-level operations and mentorship in a real-world business environment. Responsibilities

• Assist with  scheduling security personnel across multiple sites.
• Support  guard check-ins and monitor activity to ensure accountability.
• Review and monitor  daily security reports for accuracy and follow-up.
• Help with  equipment management and shipping logistics , ensuring gear and uniforms are tracked and delivered properly.
• Provide additional  operations support as assigned by the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older .
• Actively enrolled in college (preferred fields: Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Logistics, or related).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology, scheduling platforms, and communication tools.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with accountability.
