The role involves leading a matrixed team, facilitating key decision-making based on analysis findings, automating regulatory documents, and enhancing the customer experience. The candidate will conduct various business analyses, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and product documentation. The role also includes executing software analysis, system and user testing, and problem resolution, participating in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile methodologies, and driving initiatives to completion by collaborating with business, IT, legal, compliance, and risk partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead discovery for features, define Epics, and make key decisions.
• Partner with Squad Leader to prioritize Epics.
• Research and implement solutions to business issues.
• Assist with elaboration and refinement of epics and stories.
• Support quarterly planning and backlog prioritization.
• Provide recommendations for design and implementation of solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Participate in technical discussions to evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Identify business requirements, document improvement opportunities, and share with the team.
• Communicate product issues clearly and promptly to the Squad Leader.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for auto-enrollment, supporting business partners across the enterprise.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager in Platform Product Management, designing, developing, and testing software features using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields with three (3) years of similar experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Expertise in the full Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, testing, deployment, and post-production validation, especially for Web applications.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, impact analysis, and translating requirements into EPICs and User Stories using Jira and Confluence.
