Job Title: Store Manager

Reports To: Regional Operations Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Store Manager Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store operations and address customer or team member questions and concerns.
• Work a regular 40-hour week, Monday through Friday; schedule may vary based on store needs.
• Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service, including hiring, scheduling, and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, merchandising, and controlling shrink.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Perform additional store management and merchandising duties as needed.

• Adaptability and understanding of the bigger picture.
• Ability to multitask independently.
• Physical stamina to be on feet most of the day.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams preferred.
• Experience in tobacco sales is preferred but not required.
