Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access.Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate/report while in the field.Must have Excel and PPT experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Enrolled as a student at Miami University Oxford, OH campus. Must be available to work nights & weekends.Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines.Comfortable working in bar setting and bartending/server experience a plus.Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality.Responsibilities:Passion for meeting new people and networking on campus/in the community. Represent the brand to accounts, consumers and community groups in a positive manner. Assist with merchandising accounts. Perform pre-calls and checklists in preparation for sampling events.Responsible for activation recaps, metrics, and overall event success.Submit program deliverables (i.e. recapping and reporting) accurately and on time each week.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and the local wholesaler.Manage local assets and materials.Knowledge of local nightlife/events and local alcohol beverage laws.Identify community engagement opportunities and host local events/sponsorships.
