\nRN Case Manager needed for 425-bed teaching hospital located across three campuses; \nAccredited Chest Pain Center and a Certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center\n\nFacility is in a gorgeous Gulf Coast location just south of Clearwater\n

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Case Manager
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year\n\nProficient with Meditech and MIDAS
Recent hospital based CM experience
Discharge planning experience\n\n\n
