Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)

Company: MedAdventures (on behalf of a leading healthcare organization)MedAdventures is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity in Lakewood, CO . This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting and are passionate about providing high-quality care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Clinic RN, you will provide direct clinical care to participants in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with exams, testing, and treatment
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments
• Triaging calls from participants and staff
• Scheduling and coordinating outside appointments
• Educating patients and families on health conditions and medication management
• Documenting all care and maintaining up-to-date medical records
• Supervising LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and Medical Assistants
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• Ensuring clinical spaces are well-stocked and organized
• Providing after-hours and holiday coverage as needed
• Complying with all regulatory, policy, and procedure requirements

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado
• Experience in clinical, ambulatory, or senior care settings preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based model
