We are an independent insurance agency in Florida looking for experienced TRUCKING INSURANCE sales agents. Our sales agents are independent contractors and work remotely from home. You will be highly compensated as agents with commissions for new business and renewals. We write insurance in 30 states.

As an agent partnered with our agency, you will receive:

- training on our agency systems and carriers

- lead lists for new ventures ... truckers new in business and needing insurance to get their DOT # activated

- lead lists for established ventures ... truckers already in business and have their existing insurance policy expiring - we have the expiration dates

- customer service support to handle all the clients needs to included endorsements, certificates and renewal quotes.

- opportunity to opt in to the Agency Marketing LEADS Program ... and receive HOT sales leads from the agency. Also, we have a Telemarketing team within our Customer Service Unit speaking with clients and gathering their business quote information for our partnered agents to then QUOTE & SELL.

• You will present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• You will work lead lists
• You will contact clients for the purposes of offering suitable insurance products
• You will develop processes for attracting new clients
• You will comply with agency & carriers standards
• You will comply with insurance standards and regulations
• You will track and identify areas of improvement
• You will Quote & Sell

• 220 License / Producer License
• Highly Motivated
• Previous experience in insurancesales andcustomer service
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• MUST have prior TRUCKING insurance experience
