Job Description

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53203 (Hybrid – Wednesdays onsite required)

Duration: 12 months, no sponsorship at any point, need to be authorized to work permanently for any employeer w/o sponsorship

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in hardware lifecycle management . The successful candidate will lead and deliver projects involving desktop, laptop, rugged device, and printer refreshes, as well as OS upgrade initiatives.

Preferred / Nice-to-Haves

• PMP, CSAM, or CHAMP certification
• Familiarity with BMC Helix ITSM Suite (Remedy Asset Management Tool)
• Strong background in project financials and asset management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage yearly desktop and laptop lifecycle replacements
• Oversee rugged laptop replacements
• Lead multi-function printing device replacements
• Drive OS upgrade projects
• Track and report project financials using Excel
• Create and manage schedules using Excel and Microsoft Project/Planner
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of IT Project Management experience (hardware-focused)
• Proven experience with desktop, laptop, rugged device, and printer refresh projects
• Strong knowledge of OS upgrade projects
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial tracking)
• Experience with Microsoft Project or MS Planner
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)

Work Schedule

• Hybrid role : Wednesdays onsite in Milwaukee office (53203)
• Remaining days flexible/hybrid
