Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus uncapped commission.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven MSP Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and submitting qualified candidates for our clients via various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) under tight deadlines and high-volume requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings a strong understanding of staffing within the MSP space.

Your responsibilities include:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize our database, job boards, and various internet sites to identify and attract qualified candidates for open roles.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
• Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
• Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience recruiting Creative and Marketing roles within the MSP space.
• Experience working in the staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
