A fast-growing General Contractor with a strong culture and true work/life balance is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across major hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities ranging from $5M–$40M.
You'll oversee a team of 7 Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers, driving the delivery of complex new builds and renovations that directly impact patient care. This role requires hands-on experience delivering healthcare projects within a GC setting—managing schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and ensuring every project hits quality, budget, and timeline targets.
You’ll be the driving force behind key initiatives like new patient care areas and advanced medical facility expansions, playing a critical role from precon through final handover. A background in hospital construction, deep knowledge of healthcare codes and standards, and strong leadership skills are essential. Ideal candidates bring $5M-$10M+ project experience, healthcare sector expertise, and a degree in Construction Management or related field.
