The NA Seller Success organization strives to improve the Amazon customer experience by working directly with Sellers to improve inputs to seller growth including increasing selection, improving catalog quality, maximizing Prime commitment, optimizing deals and advertising spend while educating on account health to drive seller growth. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to enhance the services we offer, improve Seller engagement and satisfaction, and build scalable solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join Amazon's fast paced, highly collaborative start-up like environment. In this role, you will own developing plans and executing on initiatives that will build an effective supply chain, support excellent inventory management, optimize cost and build strong partnerships with internal teams. To be successful in this role, you should feel comfortable using data to influence stakeholders - both internal and external partners - and building scalable mechanisms to allow business growth. By joining this team, you can build and operate as part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, drive initiatives to improve operations and sales and customer experience. The successful candidate is highly organized, self-starting and possess strong data interpretation and analytical capabilities. They demonstrate passion for customer experience, are thoughtful in their pursuit of results and thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel. The ideal candidate leads and influences both internal and external teams in ambiguous situations maintaining a customer-centric philosophy. Key job responsibilities- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
